This Privacy Policy sets out the general information on the collection, use and/ or disclosure of your Personal Data by MITSUBOSHI OVERSEAS HEADQUARTERS PRIVATE LIMITED its employees and group companies and affiliates (collectively "MOH", "we", "our" and/or "us"). MOH will not transfer Personal Data within or outside Singapore unless the Personal Data will be accorded a level of protection which is comparable to the protection under the PDPA. MOH will take the appropriate steps to ensure that the foreign recipient organization of the Personal Data is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide the transferred Personal Data a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the PDPA
5. Retention of Personal Data
MOH will cease to retain Personal Data, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the purposes for collection, use and/ or disclosure of such Personal Data as originally notified to you is no longer being served by such retention, and such retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
6. Links to Third Party Websites
Our websites may contain links to other external websites, such as our business partners. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of these third-parties. We strongly encourage you to check the privacy policy of each website that you visit. Some of these third-party websites may have our logo or trademark acknowledged on their website.
