Screen UR is a polyurethane screen (urethane screen) for sieving that uses polyurethane rope containing a special tensile body.
It is used in a wide range of fields, including crushed stone, steelmaking, water treatment, and recycling, taking advantage of its features such as being resistant to abrasion and having low clogging.

Standard

This is a screen with a square mesh of the same diameter as the screen UR.
Slot L

This is a rectangular (long and narrow) screen with a mesh design.
The flow side rope uses a special fiber tensile body. The free vibration of the flow side rope is large, and the clogging prevention effect is greatly improved.
Slot S

This is a rectangular (long and narrow) screen with a mesh design.

Wear-resistant

The polyurethane has excellent abrasion resistance, and a longer lifespan can be expected (3 to 10 times that of wire mesh). In addition, the longer lifespan means that downtime for replacing the mesh can be reduced, and replacement costs can be lowered.
