Narrow Cogged V-belts enable space saving, high speed drive and reduced cost of operating and maintenance. This cogged version of our Narrow V-belt is also well suited for applications with backside pulleys.

Raw Edge type
Narrow Cogged V-belts

(1) Top fabric
Highly elastic fabric reinforces the top of the belt. It also has excellent bending and streching during rotation.

(2) Cord
It has high tensile strength, low elongation, and high bending fatigue resistance.

(3) V-Core rubber
It uses a highly flexible compounded rubber that is less deformed under high load and has excellent durability.
