MAXSTAR WEDGE V-belt

The Maxstar Wedge Belt is a lapped belt that has a narrower top width than V-belts, which reduces the belt's own weight and increases the wedge effect by equalizing the tensile strength of the cord, resulting in a stronger grip.

It also has excellent performance in terms of strength, durability, and anti-static properties (electrical resistance value meets ARPM/RMA standards). You can choose from 3V, 5V and 8V types.

Constituent Materials

(1) Cover fabric
Highly elastic, it flexes easily with the belt during rotation and is highly resistant to abrasion. It is impregnated with chloroprene rubber and antistatic.

(2) Cord
The core of the belt's strength and power transmission. To fully fulfill this role, we use a cord with high tensile strength, low elongation and excellent flex fatigue resistance.

(3) V-core rubber
We use chloroprene rubber with low deformation under high load and excellent flexibility, which demonstrates excellent durability with heat resistance, oil resistance, flame resistance and antistatic properties.
