Narrow V-belts are designed to enable space-saving layouts, high-speed operation and reduction of operating and maintenance costs, and to transmit higher torque in a smaller mounting area than conventional V-belts. They have excellent oil resistance, heat resistance and electrical conductivity.

    Narrow V-belts

    (1) Cover fabric
    Highly elastic, it flexes easily with the belt during rotation and is highly resistant to abrasion. It is impregnated with chloroprene rubber and antistatic.

    (2) Cord
    The core of the belt and power transmission belt. To fully satisfy this role, we use a cord with high tensile strength, less stretch, and excellent flex fatigue resistance.

    (3) V-core rubber
    We use a rubber compound with excellent durability that has less deformation under high loads and is highly flexible.
