By setting the belt angle to a high angle of 60°system, the vertical pressure between the belt and the side wall surface of the pulley is kept small. This results in less deformation of the belt, more uniform force on the cord, and less friction for both the belt and pulley.

  • It can be driven by a small pulley and can be designed with a large rotation ratio.This eliminates the need for a deceleration device, which reduces costs and allows for space-saving design.
  • Since the coefficient of friction is high and the belt mass is light, highly efficient high-speed transmission is possible.In addition, the uniform arrangement of the tensil cord allows smooth operation with little vibration.
  • The main material is polyurethane elastomer, which is resistant to ozone and ultraviolet rays and has high abrasion resistance.

    Polyamide fiber that increases rigidity in the width direction and ensures stable running.

    (3) Cord
    Specially treated polyester cord with low elongation and resistance to bending fatigue.

    (4) Core rubber
    Polyurethane with high wear resistance and high coefficient of friction.

Application Example
