MEGA TORQUE GⅢ

MEGA TORQUE GIII is a belt with the highest grade STPD tooth profile. The higher torque allows the belt width to be reduced, making for a more compact design and a lighter weight machine. In addition, belt noise is reduced.

In addition, it is a product that can reduce the load on the bearings by reducing the installation tensile strength.

A timing pulley for SUPER TORQUE can be used.

Features

High Power Rating

By using carbon as the cord, we have been able to suppress the elongation of the belt and enable high-load power transmission.
High Jumping Torque

The use of carbon cord and high-rigidity rubber has achieved high jumping torque performance.
Low Noise

By using a special material for the tooth fabric and narrowing the width due to the high power rating, we have achieved a 12-16% reduction under the same conditions of use.
